There are lots of ways to describe what we do and what we are trying to accomplish with our bookstore but one of our most concrete and simple goals is this: to help make the world a better place through the love of books.
 
As such, Bennett's Books is not a capitalistic venture. In fact, we hope to soon incorporate as an official non-profit organization and continue to give all of our profits back to the community. Although we need to make money to stay in business what we really want is to see more people reading and people reading more.
